I know I skipped last week but if it’s any consolation it all gets counted in the monthly roundup anyway. So recently it’s been a heatwave followed by rain.. which didn’t help my fitness goals at all.
However the last two days have been great weather so I went for some early morning cycling. The thing is that when the weather is bad I tend to exercise less especially since the pools are still closed because of the pandemic.
You can the times when I fell short this week of hitting my goals. When the weather turned for the better you can see how I took advantage of that to crush my goals. So far it’s not my greatest month but only time will tell for sure.
