Size 12 Is Not Fat

Meg Cabot is mostly famous for her Princess Diaries books which I have never actually read. I did see the movies though which while interesting are not my type of books.

However a murder mystery with an ex-pop star.. that’s another story. It’s not exactly Castle but more of a Drop Dead Diva sort of book.

There is not supernatural elements to this series unlike Meg Cabot’s 1-800-Where-R-U or her Mediator series but that’s okay because the book doesn’t need them to keep things interesting. Instead we get college dorm life with a side order of murder. Heather reminds me a lot of Deb from Drop Dead Diva.

It’s a nice fun read if you need a break from heavier reads. I’ll be reading the whole series but I won’t get a physical copy of it because while fun and enjoyable I have limited shelf space. I definitely recommend it though.
