Noda by A O from Adagio Teas
Noda is a character from the anime Angel Beats. I was surprised to find a fandom tea blend for him from Adagio Teas
Ingredients:
Blended With Rooibos Tea, Cinnamon, Ginger, Orange, Cloves, Cardamom, Ginger Varietal, Rooibos, Apple Pieces, Natural Vanilla Flavor, Natural Cinnamon Flavor & Natural Apple Flavor
The three blends for this are Rooibos Vanilla Chai, Rooibos, and Rooibos Cinnamon Apple then they added some ginger root and cloves.
It’s been a long time since I’ve watched Angel Beats! I loved the music though and the story was interesting. While the show isn’t my favourite it was quite interesting. Brewing instructions for a tea can also be found on the Adagio Teas app. Here’s a picture of this particular tea’s app page.
I have made this both cold and hot. I usually just make my rooibos cold which for me means tossing a tea bag in a bottle and filling it with cold water. This works great for when I need a longer steeping time. The instructions for the tea when making it hot are 212F for 6 minutes.. or in the rest of the world that doesn’t use the Imperial system that would be 100C for 6 minutes.
I found the tea was nice cold but a bit more hot spicy. I suspect it comes from the cinnamon apple part of the blend. It’s not bad, just something to be aware of. When I made the tea hot, it was more like an apple cider. A very nice comforting cup of tea for fall weather.
