I’ve never had sweet potato pie.. but I’ve had pancakes. This smells of maple sweetness and pancakes to me. It even brews up a nice dark maple syrup colour.. It’s a very tasty tea and one of my favourites from DT. This is from my 2020 stash of teas so it also held up well in the cupboard as it’s now 2023.
Davids Tea also provides steep instructions including temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit 90C (200F) and then steep this tea is 3-5 minutes. (If you over steep, correct with milk/creamer)
It’s a very nice soothing black tea that’s perfect for early mornings by a fire place with a good book.
