Next For Autism The Organization

Next for Autism is a charity aimed at parents of Autistic Children as a charity to help them understand and treat their children. You read that right they believe in treating and curing Autism.
Don’t worry it made me sick too, so I decided to take a look at the organization myself since Aspergers Autism Friends Society AAFS posted a YouTube video on their Facebook page from a parent of an Autistic Child Mark Rober YouTube Video that was fundraising for this charity.

The first thing that caught my attention of course was the support of Applied Behavioural Anaylsis (ABA) which is actually very abusive and results in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in Autistic Adults. Remember these people are claiming to help Autistic people (a clear lie). Invisible Abuse and the Things Only Autistic People Can See is a great article complete with videos on ABA.
Now let’s move on to the next bit

You’ll see in this picture that they think Autism requires treatment.. umm no thanks, I’m fine just the way I am. Take your Neuro Typical Ableist BS and shove it where the sun don’t shine. Autism isn’t a mental illness or even a disorder really, it’s a NATURAL neuro divergence in the human brain.
It has nothing to do with diet, or behaviour and if someone is telling you that, please know that they are full of what I like to call quackery.

Ah this last picture really does say it all as they list Autism Speaks as a service and support. We all know that Autism Speaks is a Eugenics loving hate group. So it’s no wonder a charity that is doing a lot of damage to the Autistic Community is in fact in league with the devil itself. Autism Speaks Is Evil is my whole page dedicated to the evils of Autism Speaks with many links.
Then we have this article from the August 2006 edition of Town and Country that just makes me sick all over. Autism’s Angels the name of the article sounds innocent but oh my ever loving god, it’s as disgusting as the Sia movie!!

Next For Autism claims that there’s been inaccurate information and outrageous accusations against them, but then with photograph proof from your own website, how can you play the victim?? Ah the Martyr Mary, Pity Patty syndrome of course, as with all warrior parents.

So I won’t be supporting Next For Autism because it’s proven to be a terrible place for Autistic People. I also won’t support Mark Rober because it’s clear he doesn’t understand the Autistic Community. Autistic Self Advocacy Network (ASAN) is still the gold standard because it was created by Autistic people for Autistic people. In Canada their affiliate Autistics United Canada is the place to go.
