This blended tea from Adagio Teas. What is unique about this website is that you can create your own blend of their teas in the website. That’s how Cara McGee created this wonderful blend of tea. This tea combines 3 Adagio teas: Earl Grey Moonlight, Coconut and Rooibos Lemon Cloud . This tea is recommend to brew at 212F for 3 minutes. For those of us not in the US and not using the Imperial system.. that’s 100C for 3 minutes.
Now on to the fun tasty bits so SPOILERS ahead!
This comes out as a really nice lemon tea. You can taste the Earl Grey in it but it blends really well with the lemon flavour. I couldn’t taste the coconut until the tea had cooled a bit though and it was more at the end of the sip. The pictures are of the small sample tin.
