It’s that time again, just before the winter holidays and all the good food.. so time to do a roundup and see how I’m doing. There will also be some sad news in this one so be warned!
I’ve been pretty active this month, but it’s getting back in the habit of working out that’s hard. My weight has stayed pretty stable and I did forget to screenshot that.
It’s mostly been walking, with a little bit of swimming. I did forget to take a screenshot of my weight stats but they haven’t really changed much in a month. I’ll be happy once the holidays are over because I know that I won’t be as active in Winter months. I also tend to eat a lot more snacks but I’m not going to change my enjoyment of the holidays. I’ll just be healthier the rest of the year!
