So I missed doing a monthly roundup for August and September because I just wasn’t that active. It’s hard to admit but, it’s true and because of that I gained a good amount of weight.. sigh.
My weight weight went up like 10 pounds in those two months.. so I’m back to logging my food and being more active. I had stuff going on in real life and just didn’t have the energy for working out.
However I was more active in October and started to kick that annoying weight number down a little. I even managed to get my October challenge badge.
So yes I’m getting back into the swing of things and it’s going to take awhile before I get back down to a weight I’m comfortable with. I’ll do my best but there will be times where I’m less healthy, or have less energy and that’s okay.
